Enforce by Nana Malone, M. Malone

Blurb:

I am the shadow that haunts the night. I am a hunter, a protector…a force for good…I am Jonas Castillo.

And now that she’s mine, I’m never letting her go.

If only she would let me protect her…Seeing the fear in her eyes, makes me want to do the one thing I’ve vowed never to do again… kill.

But I’ll do anything to protect what’s mine.

** The finale of The FORCE Duet. You must read Book 1, Force before reading Enforce.

My Review:

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is the second book in The Force Duet. It is the finale of JJ and Jonas’s story.

JJ and Jonas are an amazing couple! He is a former police officer, turned security specialist and best friend to Noah. JJ is a total badass, and best friend to Lucia. Their life would be perfect, if it wasn’t for JJ’s past that has come back to haunt her. This part of the duet focuses on the resolution of that past.

As with the other books in this series (The Force Duet, as well as the Shame trilogy) this story is action packed, and there are plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing, right through to the very end. There is also a little hint of what may be coming next at the end!

This is definitely a great read if you enjoy a lot of action with your romance, and was very well written. It kept my attention, and kept my heart beating faster. There are a few “Oh no! Don’t do that!” moments, which I love. I’ve totally enjoyed both series this duo of authors have written together, and can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
