Switch Hitter by Sara Ney

I knew something was wrong the second she walked in the door tonight; I just couldn’t put my finger on what it was.

Same hair color.
Same legs.
Same face.

Except…I look harder.
At the small dimple beneath her lip that wasn’t there the last time we went out. And her laugh—that laugh isn’t as loud.

This isn’t the girl I’ve gone out with the past few weeks.
It’s her twin sister, and they’ve switched places on me.

Only I’m not quite ready to let them switch back.

My Review:

Switch HitterSwitch Hitter by Sara Ney

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What happens when what you should do, isn’t what you really want to do? That is what Amelia faces in this book. Amelia is convinced to do something that she knows she shouldn’t, and it comes back to haunt her. This novella is a quick, fun read that captured my interest.

Dash is dating a girl, but all of a sudden, she seems to be completely different. He can’t quite figure out what is different, or why, but knows it’s something! What previously was superficial, has become more, now he just has to decide what to do with those differences.

Previously released in the anthology, Team Player, it seems to be the introduction to a brand new series by this author. Definitely different from most of what is out there today, it involves a baseball player, a scheming sister, and begs the question, “What would you do?!?”
