Bro Code by Kendall Ryan

There’s pretty much only one rule when you’re a guy.

Don’t be a douche.

Turns out, the fastest way to break that rule is to fall for your best friend’s sister.

Ava’s brilliant, sharp-tongued, gorgeous, and five years younger than me.

She’s the sexual equivalent of running with scissors. In a word, she’s dangerous. And completely off-limits.

Falling for her could ruin everything.

Yet I can’t seem to stop, even when her company is threatened by a lawsuit, and my promotion hinges on representing the opposing client—and winning.

I can’t see a way out of this mess that doesn’t end in a broken friendship, a broken heart, or a ruined career.

I may have broken the bro code when I fell for Ava. But do I have the balls to handle what comes next?

My Review:

Bro CodeBro Code by Kendall Ryan

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was amazing! Fun, sexy, and forbidden! The characters are engaging, and the story line is interesting. Kendall Ryan is totally a one click author, and I knew I had to have this one right away!

Ava is a sweet, loyal woman. She has moved home to take over her father’s company when he is forced to retire due to health reasons. When her mom throws her father a retirement party, Ava is suddenly confronted with all of the feelings that she had when she was younger for her older brother’s best friend, Barrett. She knows that she should ignore those feelings, but they just keep coming up!

Barrett is a lawyer in Chicago. He comes home to visit, and stays with his best friend’s family. Although he knows it’s against the “bro code”, he keeps thinking about Ava, about how hot she is, about what he wants from her.

As childhood crushes, and immature feelings, change into something more, Ava and Barrett have to make hard decisions. This book puts it all out there. The chemistry between Ava and Barrett is off the charts HOT! The connection that they have, the history that they share, combine to make this book explosive!
