My Kinda Wedding: A Summer Sisters Novella (Summer Sisters #6.5) by Lacey Black

Blurb:

You are cordially invited to celebrate the marriage of Meghan Summer to Nicholas Adams, D.D.S., at four o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the sixth of May, at the beachside home of Alison Jane and Sawyer Randall. Reception to follow.

The Summer family comes together once more as the final sister prepares to tie the knot. Take a journey with each couple, from the rehearsal to the reception, and the wedding in between. And don’t forget about the grandparents! You never know what they’ll have up their sleeves…

*This book is a 25,000-word novella that would be enjoyed best after reading My Kinda Forever, Summer Sisters book 6. Though part of a series, this book can be read as a standalone. It is intended for those 18 and over due to graphic language, descriptive sex, and the world’s most inappropriate grandparents.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Babies, a wedding, and a surprise, Oh My! This is a very sweet novella set in the Summer Sisters series world. An amazing ending to the series, it also introduces a surprise, as well as the next series. Focusing on the wedding of Meghan and Nick, we get an update on each of the sisters, as well as some funny visits with Grandma Emma and Grandpa Orville. This novella is a great reminder of why we’ve loved the Summer sisters so much, and gives us a small hint at what could possibly be coming next! I can’t wait!
