Spotlight (Guardians Book 3)Spotlight by Piper Davenport

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I can absolutely, without a doubt, say that I was totally blown away by this book. I’ve enjoyed many books by this author (only all of them!) I love the mixture of romance, heat, and the trouble that always seems to follow her characters. But this book went above and beyond, giving me a story that kept me completely engrossed, right through to the last page.

Melody is the sister of a superstar. She is also her sister’s PA. She lives in her sister’s shadow, not really knowing who she is on her own. When a stalker appears, Jaxon Quinn, FBI agent, is thrown in her path, and the connection is so strong, she can’t get past it. It’s absolutely electrifying!

This book was just…..amazing. It was like an mystery, mixed with a romance, with a bit of danger thrown in. As much as I love romance, it’s just not as good without a strong story line behind it. Spotlight had everything I want and so much more. This was a fun, action packed romance that will be on the top of my must-read recommendation list!
