Falling With You (Fractured Connections #3) by Carrie Ann Ryan

The day I lost my best friend was the day I realized that I’d been living in the past. I’ve tried to find a way to heal, to mend that break. Somehow, I came through it partially whole. But I know I couldn’t have done that without Aiden Connolly.

The problem is, he once loved my best friend. And now she’s gone, and I refuse to be in that shadow, or worse, a replacement for someone we both loved.

I left them all behind.

My brother.

My family.

My best friend.

And her.

Only Sienna Knight doesn’t realize what she means to me. But before I can make sure she knows, I need to figure out exactly what that is.

My Review:

Falling With You (Fractured Connections, #3)Falling With You by Carrie Ann Ryan

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Aiden and Sienna had my heart from the very beginning! I enjoyed their banter and sparring, loved how they enjoyed being together, even when they weren’t together. I loved that they had so much back ground together, so much history to build on, even when it wasn’t always happy history. Their smoking hot connection and the hints of the unknown that haunted them kept me guessing until the very end! This was a great story, possibly my favorite of the series! I’ve enjoyed how this author takes each new series and relates them to previous series and I love how each book and series builds on the last. It makes each new character, as well as favorite previous characters, feel like family!

This book….it was so much more than JUST a romance. Sure, the story begins and ends with a guy and a girl, and it revolves around how they find their HEA, but at the heart of it, it’s about forgiveness, both of one’s self, and others. It’s about moving forward with your life after tragic circumstances throw life as you know it into a different universe. It’s about finding that one person that completes you, and realizing, they might have been right in front of you all along. It’s for these reasons this book, (and the entire series) will stick with me as some of my favorites for a very long time to come!
